You can make a real and lasting difference in other people’s lives. When a group of like-minded individuals act together with a common purpose, we can accomplish great things. NCJW Southern Maine Section offers a wide range of opportunities for busy parents, working professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekdays, weeknights or weekends. Some projects can be completed in a few hours. Some programs meet on a regularly scheduled basis. If you enjoy schmoozing and stuffing envelopes, shopping, reading with kids, working with computers, emailing your legislator, or planning parties – we have opportunities for you. If you have expertise in finance, technology, or public relations — we have opportunities for you. If you like to run things, if you prefer to work in a team, or one on one — the opportunities are endless.
